The Laufey Smart Center is an innovative, automated visitor and welcome center located in Iceland. As part of the country's new tourism infrastructure, it offers 24/7 services to both tourists and locals, acting as a crucial rest stop for those traveling between Iceland’s many attractions. Designed to be flexible, the Laufey Smart Center can be easily adapted and installed in various locations, ensuring visitors have access to essential services no matter where they are.
The concept for the Laufey Smart Center was shaped through collaborative efforts from its initial conception to the early stages of documentation required for permits and construction. 3D visual renderings and walkthroughs were generated to assist in resource mobilization, and the creation of a Building Information Modeling (BIM) model was led to facilitate effective communication with the local architecture office and contractors.

The Hude Housing project is a contemporary housing development located in Hude, Germany. The project aims to provide a fresh, modern living experience for the community, featuring both exterior and interior design elements that enhance the quality of residential life. This development is part of Hude's growing urban landscape, offering residents an elevated and comfortable living environment.
To bring the Hude Housing vision to life, a series of high-quality 3D renderings were created to visualize the exterior architecture and detailed interiors of the apartments. Additionally, a comprehensive 3D fly-through and walkthrough were produced, allowing stakeholders to experience the space from multiple perspectives. These visuals helped in conveying the design intent to both investors and the local community, ensuring that the project aligned with expectations.
The visual and technical contributions to the project played a key role in its presentation and planning phases, supporting decisions on the architectural and interior elements. This approach highlights the use of advanced rendering and modeling tools in modern residential development.
